I am an American that recently discovered the shows Spaced and Green Wing. Regrettably, I have already watched all available episodes. We generally don’t get access to your television shows. I don’t understand why there is no motivation to import your programming in the US. I found both the above mentioned shows quite enjoyable.
The msn player won’t let me view the programming from my location (that’s what it says in the video window). It’s American discrimination I tell ya!
I should elaborate that there is essentially no importation of British TV comedy. Also, I must mention that it translates quite well for me. I found limited episodes of this programming on Hulu, an internet video site here. There are other ways to access good programming on the internet. I just need to know what I am looking for.

I don’t and have never thought about it, but after watching Peep Show (UK comedy series), I think I will settle for “A la la la la lom”
What about you?

A report from some company today suggested cutting out the F and C words from terrestrial broadcasts that can be viewed by everyone and cutting the language down to US network TV extreme censorship standards?? If this happened what would be of all of the quality comedy like the Office, Peep Show etc. Opinions please???
Without the realistic Language it becomes a bit of a joke….Imagine Peep Show without it? Rab is slapstick..and the Office would never have worked (too unrealistic)

Has anyone watched this show and if so, do you like or dislike, or even hate it if you feel strong enough about it to say that.
I am a 27 year old male and a big fan of 2 pints. I think 2 pints as a sitcom works because it mixes different emotions in with its episodes (sadness, joy, anger etc) whereas after viewing Coming Of Age, it appear that they are trying to get by purely by being crass as a tool for the shows humour. Just my opinion.
What are your views?
